Typing this is bringing back the delicious memory of the paella with seafood I had along the beach… It was deliciously refreshing.

There is also several soulful rhythms you will run into at every corner of the spirit with beautiful music that can only elevate your mood and before you know it, you have joined people dancing Sardana.

Unlike most urban cities with a lot of rush and fast pace attitude, Barcelona is slower with more relaxed paced for you to enjoy life. The culture encourages you to be present present and breath in the peace and beauty, you can enjoy a sunset at Montjuic or practicing yoga on the beach, the emphasis is on mindful living which can reduce anxiety, improve sleep and restore balance.
